Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Listing Reel Maker, operated by S Block Technologies. By using the website or mobile applications, you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information, protect access to your authentication provider, and use only accounts you are authorized to control. One shared account and credit balance is used across the website and native apps. You are responsible for activity from your active sessions and should revoke any device you no longer control.

Your content and permissions

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, transform, process, and deliver that content solely to operate and improve the service. You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed for property photos, listing information, music selections, logos, headshots, names, and other submitted material. You must review generated output before publishing it.

Acceptable use

You may not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, malicious, or privacy-invasive content; misrepresent a property or person; attempt unauthorized access; evade rate or billing controls; reverse engineer protected service components; interfere with service operation; or use generated media in violation of law, platform rules, or third-party rights.

Credits, purchases, and refunds

Credits are a limited, non-transferable service balance used to create media. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts. Mobile consumable purchases are billed by Apple or Google at the localized price displayed by the store. Website purchases are billed by Stripe. The server-side product catalog determines the number of credits granted.

Store purchases are subject to Apple or Google payment and refund rules. Request a store purchase refund from the store that processed it. Approved refunds or revoked transactions may reverse unused or already-spent credits and can create a negative credit balance. Website billing questions can be sent to support@listingreelmaker.com. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

Service changes and availability

Media generation depends on network, cloud, AI, music, and app-store providers. Processing times and output quality vary. We may suspend features for security, maintenance, provider outages, abuse, or legal compliance. We may change credit prices or future product mappings, but a completed store transaction receives the quantity mapped to its purchased product version.

Termination and deletion

You may stop using the service or delete your account in the app. We may restrict or terminate access for material violations, abuse, fraud, legal requirements, or risks to users or the service. Deletion is handled as described in the Privacy Policy, including retention of legally required anonymized accounting records.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted operation, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. S Block Technologies is not responsible for your listing claims, publishing decisions, or third-party platforms. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so they may not apply to you.

Changes and contact
