Listing Reel Maker is operated by S Block Technologies. This policy applies to listingreelmaker.com and the Listing Reel Maker iOS and Android applications.

Information we collect

• Account information: your name, email address, authentication provider identifiers, and device session information.
• Content: property photos, logos, headshots, listing details, captions, voiceover scripts, imported listing URLs, and the reels and related media we generate for you.
• Billing information: credit balances, purchase product identifiers, transaction status, and refund or reversal records. Apple, Google, and Stripe process payment credentials. We do not receive full card numbers. We do not retain raw Google purchase tokens or signed store payloads.
• Device and usage information: app version, platform, notification installation identifier and token, request identifiers, feature use, errors, and security or abuse signals. Push notifications contain only a reel status and opaque job identifier.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate you, keep your website and app account in sync, process media, generate and deliver reels, account for credits, verify purchases, send requested service notifications, prevent fraud and abuse, support customers, comply with law, and improve reliability.

Service providers and disclosures

We disclose only the information needed to providers that host data, process media or AI requests, deliver email and notifications, provide authentication, or process payments. These include Amazon Web Services, Apple, Google, Stripe, Expo, and the media-generation providers used by the product. We may disclose information when legally required, to protect users and the service, or as part of a business transfer. We do not sell personal information.

Storage and retention

Data is protected in transit with TLS. Work files are configured to expire after seven days and motion cache files after 90 days. Finished media and account content remain available until you delete your account or they are removed under an operational retention policy. Security records may be retained for a limited period. Purchase and credit ledger records are retained as required for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and legal obligations. After deletion, those records are disconnected from deleted profile fields and retained under an opaque account identifier.

Your choices and deletion

You can disable notifications in the app, revoke device sessions, and delete your account from Account settings. Deletion immediately revokes mobile sessions and notification delivery, removes authentication links, profile fields, job records, and media stored under your account. Legally required anonymized billing and credit records remain. Store purchase history controlled by Apple or Google is governed by your store account.

Security, children, and international processing

We use access controls, encryption, scoped storage keys, and monitoring appropriate to the information. No service can guarantee absolute security. The service is for business users and is not directed to children under 13. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our providers operate.
